With well over a decade of experience and both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees, Kellie is an invaluable member of our team. She earned her BA from Indiana University and her MS from Dowling College. She enjoys the fact that she is able to make organizational improvements within our practice, ensuring its continued success and the happiness of our patients.
Kellie and her husband of over 30 years have two kids. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, and traveling. One interesting fact about her: she has been a compensation analyst, served as a teacher, and even had her writing published in magazines!
Kerri, Registered Dental Hygienist
With over a decade of experience in the dental field and an education from Farmingdale State College, Kerri is dedicated to helping each and every one of our patients become healthier through dental care. She comes from a fun, close-knit family and believes that this helps her build lasting, meaningful relationships with our patients.
When she’s not at the office, Kerri enjoys listening to music, dancing, and playing with her adorable Golden-Doodle.
Amber, Registered Dental Hygienist
Amber’s career in dentistry spans nearly 10 years so far. Originally from Bay Shore, she really enjoys getting to know each patient and providing them with the highest quality care possible while they’re in the treatment chair. As for professional education, she is certified in local anesthesia and CPR.
Outside of work, Amber is close to her family, which includes her parents, sister, brother-in-law, and two nephews. She keeps herself very busy in her spare time by practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, caring for her various pets (including dogs, a cat, fish, and a hedgehog), and coaching two all-girls wrestling teams!
Wandy, Registered Dental Hygienist
Wandy actually worked as a certified dental assistant before completing her RDH training at Farmingdale State University. Today, she has been working in the dental field for well over 15 years. Helping patients love their smiles through education and great oral healthcare is a very rewarding feeling for her!
At home, Wandy has a loving husband, a teenage son who is very funny and smart, and a few dogs. Her top priority outside of working hours is spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel and considers herself a major dog lover.
Tori, Registered Dental Hygienist
Tori is from Brightwaters originally, and she attended both Farmingdale State University and Briarcliff University for her education, completing her hygiene degree at the latter. She is certified in CPR and anesthesia as well. What she loves most about her job at East Islip Dental Care is getting to build such strong relationships with patients over time.
When she isn’t busy at work, Tori enjoys hanging out with her parents and siblings, going to the beach, and doing fun craft projects. She also recently bought her first home!
Cassie, Registered Dental Hygienist
Cassie attended Briarcliff College for her education, and she is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She really enjoys being able to provide patients with the tools and knowledge they need to maintain great smiles for a lifetime here at East Islip Dental Care!
Originally from Selden, Cassie is the oldest of three and has a young niece. She spends her spare time outside of the office practicing yoga, painting, and going on long hikes with her dog Reggie.
Donna, Registered Dental Hygienist
Donna is one of our East Islip team’s newest members, but her career in dentistry spans well over two decades in total. She attended both New York City Tech and the University of Bridgeport for her education, completing her Master’s in Dental Hygiene. She is also licensed to administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia. Today, she is extremely passionate about helping patients love their smiles! Promoting confidence and health are important to her for sure.
Donna is proud to have a loving and supportive family, which includes her parents, her brother, and her wonderful husband of 20+ years. Outside of work, nutrition is another big interest of hers, and she enjoys cooking regularly as well as exercising. As a very energetic and enthusiastic person, she’s always reaching to achieve higher levels of excellence through her profession.
Oscar, Head Dental Assistant
Oscar’s career in the oral healthcare field spans almost five years, and received his education at New York City Tech. He’s also certified in BLS, X-rays, and infection control. He enjoys so many parts of his job here at East Islip Dental Care, including the wonderful patients and the flexible schedule.
Oscar hails from Brooklyn originally, and he has a wife and two children at home. When he isn’t busy at the practice, he plays soccer, reads the Bible, and spends lots of quality time with his friends and family.
Carmen, Head Dental Assistant
Carmen is from North Babylon originally, and she’s been working in dentistry for over two decades. She completed her dental assistant education at the Dental Auxiliary Training Center. At East Islip Dental Care, she really loves helping patients and knowing that she made a positive difference in their lives after each appointment!
Carmen is proud to hail from a very outgoing, energetic, and loving family. In her spare time, you can usually find her traveling the world, hanging out with loved ones, and riding her motorcycle. She’s a definite people person who always goes above and beyond to help others in need.
Samantha, Dental Assistant
At the age of 12, Samantha already knew that she wanted to work in the dental field. Like Jennifer, she attended Bellport BOCES! She enjoys coming to work because of the other friendly and helpful staff members. Although her career in dentistry is still relatively new, she plans to further her dental education soon.
In her free time, Samantha bakes and loves to listen to live music.
Suzanne, Director of Operations
Suzanne has been working in dentistry for over two decades now. She earned her education at Suffolk Community College, and her various years of industry experience have allowed her to provide our office wit the strong infrastructure it needs to succeed and excel when it comes to patient care. She genuinely enjoys leading such an outstanding team, as well as making sure each patient gets the smile they deserve!
Suzanne’s family consists of her husband and daughter. When she isn’t busy at East Islip Dental Care, you can typically find her camping, lounging at the beach, visiting vineyards for wine tasting, and reading a good book. She also bakes her very own dog treats.
RoseMarie, Director of Treatment Presentation
RoseMarie’s illustrious career in the dental field spans well over 25 years by now, with nearly half of them spent right here at East Islip Dental Care. She has advanced training in medical assisting, medical terminology, and CPR. What she enjoys most about this position is getting to meet so many new people and having them consider the team members friends over time! She also loves seeing their happy smiles.
Originally from North Babylon, RoseMarie hails from a very big family that’s always getting together to enjoy each other’s company. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching football games, traveling, redoing furniture, and spending quality time with her husband. She also regularly embarks on mission trips!
Barbara, Insurance Coordinator
Barbara became a member of our team two decades ago and has 35+ years of experience in the field overall. She loves meeting interesting new people and helping our patients get the great smiles they deserve. She attended BOCES and the Stony Brook Program for Dental Assisting, completing her CPR training and amassing a wealth of useful skills.
In her leisure time, Barbara loves baking, reading, going on cruise vacations, visiting Lancaster, PA, and spending time with her family. She and her husband Matt have two sons named Anthony and David. She also enjoys being pampered with massages and facials, and her favorite animals are pandas and tigers!
Bianca, Manager of Human Resources
Originally from the Queens area, Bianca has her Bachelor’s from the New York Institute of Technology. She is a relatively new member of our team but already loves working hard to interview candidates for positions at East Islip Dental Care and identify true talent! Her organized nature and ability to complete tasks efficiently make her a great fit for this position.
Outside of work, Bianca hails from a family of hard workers and “go-getters.” She spends her free time keeping up with fitness, participating in MMA training, going to Old Bridge Township Raceway Park with her husband, and spending lots of quality time with loved ones.
Dawn, Office Manager
Dawn has an amazing 40+ years of experience in the dental world so far! She studied at both San Diego City College and Saddleback College and is a licensed RDA in the state of California. Today, she works hard each and every day to help people be their personal best.
Outside of East Islip Dental Care, Dawn is engaged and has two adult children. Her biggest hobbies include painting, drawing, gardening, and cooking. She’s also a professional singer – in fact, she auditioned and sang in the 1984 Olympics in Los Angles when she was just 22 years old!
